Videotel Performance Manager

This project is an example of a somewhat typical project in that an interface has been designed by developers and I then provide guidance and design work to fine-tune the experience. The Performance Manager is a tool that helps commercial vessel management keep track of the training their crew members undergo. The UI required some work to adjust what was initially a “wall of text” appearance. I used whitespace, organization and proximity to better organize the content, as well as more intuitive labeling and a color scheme that underscored the organization.
